Tarte Frxxxtion Stick Review

You can purchase the full size of this product for $22.00 at Sephora.

This is a 3 in 1 exfoliator, cleanser, and face mask and is good for all skin types and claims to be a solution for oiliness, pores, dullness, and uneven texture. It is free of parabens and phthalates and is hypoallergenic and dermatologist tested.

This product had no scent. It goes on black and is very easy to apply. It is very gritty and was easy to wash off. My face was very smooth and matte.

Would I purchase? Yes

Tarte Maracuja Oil Review

You can purchase the full size of this product for $48 at Ulta. They also have this travel size for $15.

This oil is rich in fatty acids and helps to rejuvenate and even skin tone while giving the appearance of brighter skin. It claims to provide instant hydration with no greasy or filmy feel.

This oil is dermatologist tested, hypoallergenic, vegan friendly, and gluten free. It is also free of parabens, mineral oil, phthalates, and sodium laurel sulfate.

This oil has a slight nutty scent that is pretty pleasant. The first thing I noticed it that a little bit goes a very long way. I also only use it three times a week because I found using it more than that, that my face felt a little greasy. This oil is very hydrating and did leave a slight greasy film but it did all soak in eventually. I just use it at night and it is soaked in by morning and my face feels very soft and hydrated the whole day.

Would I purchase? Yes

Tarte Tartiest Lip Crayon Review

I received this Tartiest Lip Crayon in the color Latergram in my recent Sephora Play Box.
A little bit about this liner is there are 10 matte finishes and 1 satin finish. You can buy the full size at Sephora for $18. This liner claims to prime and line lips for a perfect contoured look. It claims to be an easy, glide on formula that is highly pigmented in one swipe. It is a twist up so you don't have to worry about sharpening. It is free of paraben and phthalates. It is also vegan and dermatologist tested. It contains Vitamin E to nurture dry skin and mineral pigments to produce long lasting color and help soothe the skin.
I was extremely disappointed in this product. I loved the color and I love that it is a twist up liner. However, to use it on my lips it was super dry, no pigment and kept breaking off. To achieve the small swatch shown in the picture it took me pressing extremely hard to get the color and it broke multiple times while I was attempting the swatch.
I do not know if this is a problem with just the sample size or if it is a problem with all of them. I do know there are multiple people with the same problem as I have with the liner they got in their play box.

Would I purchase? No, only because I don't want to spend the money not knowing if it will be any better.

Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes Mascara Review

I love getting mascara samples. I always feel like I end up wasting some of a full size mascara  with it drying out and such. This mascara is one of my favorites.
This is the Tarte Lights, Cameras, Lashes 4 in 1 mascara. It is lengthening, curling, volumizing and conditioning mascara. You can purchase it for $21 at Sephora.
I tend to reach for this on days I want a really natural look. It gives great volume and length and it is not thick and goopy like some mascara. Its a really nice formula. Not to wet and not to dry.

Would I purchase? Yes, absolutely.

Park Ave Princess

I have always struggled with finding a bronzer that looks good on me. Thanks to my July Ipsy bag I have finally found my go to bronzer!
This is Tarte Amazonian Clay Waterproof Bronzer in Park Ave Princess.
This color works great for my fair skin and I think it would look good on most skin tones. Not only does it look great but it's good for your skin. It has vitamins A and E and minerals. What it doesn't have is even better. It does not have parabens, sulfates, or phthalates.
The only thing I am not a huge fan of is the shine and shimmer but to find a bronzer that looks good it's worth it to me.
This bronzer retails for $30.
What bronzer do you use?
