This product claims to be a thickifier to add body and volume, energizer to give life to limp hair and stylizer to define, separate and control. It claims to add shine and control frizz. It is also a thermal protectant. It has light to medium hold. 

To use just apply to damp hair and style as normal. 

I really was unsure what I would think of this product after reading other reviews on it. I was really surprised how much I ended up loving it! It does have a very strong grape scent that did take awhile to dissipate but it was ok with how well the rest of the product worked for me. It was very light weight and did not weigh my hair down at all. It did everything it claimed to do as well. This is by far the best thickening product I have ever used and it gave awesome volume. My hair was super shiny with no frizz. I really love this product!

Would I purchase? Yes!!!!

Leaders Daily Wonders What Happened Last Night Review

You can purchase this mask at Ulta for $4.00. This is a Revitalizing sheet mask. 

This mask contains ginseng and artemisia extracts to revitalize and soothe skin. Your skin should be more radiant, dewy and refreshed. It is safe for sensitive skin and is dermatologist tested. 

To use this mask you apply it to clean skin, leave it on for 15-20 minuets and remove. 

I really liked this mask. It was not too wet and drippy, which is always the best lol. It did not have a noticeable scent and my skin looks so nice. Its very radiant and it was really refreshing. I just recently had a sunburn so this felt really nice on my face after that. 

Would I purchase? Yes! Absolutely!

Elf Lip Kiss Balm Review

I received this awhile back in a Target Beauty Box. The lip balm color I received was Bare Kiss. You can purchase this at Target for $2.

This is a tinted lip balm that provides a sheer tint of color while nourishing, protecting and moisturizing lips. It also has a mint flavor to keep you minty fresh!

This lip balm has just the right amount of color for those days you just want a little bit of color. It does have a minty scent and taste and did make my lips a little tingly. Nothing to bad though. I didn't really find it to moisturizing though. 

Would I repurchase? Maybe

KMS California Add Volume Volumizing Spray Review

I got this as a sample in a box I got at Ulta awhile back. You can purchase the full size at Ulta for $18.99. 

This volumizing spray claims to give hair up to 70% more volume. It also provides heat protection and is alcohol free. 

To use- apply to towel dried hair before blow drying to create lift and movement. 

This spray has a tropical like scent. It was very light weight in my hair while making my hair feel thicker. I did not really notice any additional volume, unfortunately. Overall, I liked this product, I just wish I had better results with my hair. 

Would I purchase? Maybe

Sweet Spot On-The-Go Wipettes Review

You can purchase a multipack of these wipes at Target for $2.39. I received these three in a Target Beauty Box. 

These on-the-go wipettes can be used as a feminine hygiene wipe or you can use them to refresh anywhere else on your body.
These are made by women, for women. They use 98% natural ingredients and are clinically tested and gynecologist recommended. These wipes are ph balanced to maintain natures intended chemistry.
They are free of glycerin, alcohol, sulfates, parabens, phthalates, gluten, soy and dairy ingredients. They are also cruelty free.
These little wipes are really handy! They really are good for anywhere on your body. They do have a slight chemical scent to them but its not bad. I thought they worked really great to refresh after being sweaty and hot.

Would I purchase? Yes and I have!

Benefit Ka-Brow Review

I picked up this sample last month at Ulta for free but you can purchase the full size product at Ulta for $24. There are 6 different shades. 

This cream gel eyebrow color comes with a brush. It claims to be a buildable 24 hour waterproof, smudge proof color. With the color range you can go for a natural look or a more dramatic look. 

I had never used any Benefit brow products before this sample and I have to say, I am very impressed with it! This gel eyebrow color was so easy to apply and it was a beautiful color that matched perfect. It was definitely smudge proof as well as water proof. It did not budge until I removed it at bedtime. 

Would I purchase? Yes! I have no complaints!

Freeman Feeling Beautiful Dead Sea Minerals Anti- Stress Mask Review

This mask can be purchased at Ulta for $4.29. This mask is good for all skin types. 

This mask contains dead sea minerals and sea salt to help replenish and balance moisture while purging clogging pores and lavender and bergamot to help rinse away stress for smooth, radiant skin. 

To use you apply to clean skin on face and neck, let dry, than rinse with warm water. 

This mask was really nice. It has a neat teal color and a really nice light sweet smell. I found it to be very refreshing and my skin was very smooth and hydrated. 

The package has about 2 uses in it as well.

Remington Beard Boss Beard Oil Review

My boyfriend recently received this in a Target Mens Beauty Box. You can purchase the full size at Target for $14.99. 

This beard oil is designed to moisturize, using jojoba oil and vitamin e, to soften and condition your beard and the dry skin beneath your beard. It has a Timber scent with hints of pine. 

My boyfriend was kind enough to tell me what he thought about this beard oil. He was a little nervous using this as he had never even heard of beard oil before he got this sample. He says it smells like eucalyptus. He did have quiet a mess applying it as it came out of the bottle really fast and he ended up with it all over the place. He said it left his beard really soft with no greasy residue. 

Would he purchase? Yes

Lancôme Grandiôse Waterproof Mascara Review

You can purchase this mascara for $32 at Ulta. I absolutely love the packaging! 

This is that patented Swan Neck wand that works with the shape of your face to give you length, lift and volume to all your lashes. 

It is a smudge proof formula that nourishes and smooths lashes while providing build ability. 

I really like this mascara. It has such beautiful packaging and the wand is amazing. I got great volume and length with this mascara with no flaking or smudging. I also really liked the formula, it was not too wet and not too dry. 

Would I purchase? yes

Axe Antiperspirant Dry Spray Review

I somehow received this in my mailbox. My boyfriend has been kind enough to review it for you all. 

You can purchase this antiperspirant at Walmart for $5.47 and there are a variety of scents. The one that is shown in the picture is in the scent Adrenaline. 

This product is designed to go on dry with no white residue while adding protection for 48 hours. 

This antiperspirant lasted a long time, not really the 48 hours but still longer than normal stick antiperspirant. It smells like a typical Axe body spray which is nice and the scent lasted quiet awhile. The only thing negative thing we noticed was that it did leave a white residue on black shirts. 

Would I purchase? Yes

NYX Butter Gloss Review

You can purchase this lipgloss at Ulta for $4.99. The one shown in the picture is the color sugar cookie. There are 34 color choices on Ulta's website. 

This lipgloss claims to be a creamy, medium coverage without the sticky feel. It softens and conditions lips while giving a hint of color and gloss. 

This Butter Gloss pleasantly surprised me. It smells and tastes like a cupcake. My lips were not sticky at all and my lips felt very moisturized for the whole day. It has a nice pigment and it is not overly glossy. It is not transfer proof. I found that it looked nice alone or over another lip product. 

Would I purchase? Yes

Leaders Daily Wonders Pore Gone for Good Review

You can purchase this mask for $4.00 at Ulta. This is a pore refining mask that is safe to use every day. 

This mask contains pine leaf and centella asiatica extract to minimize shine, balance oiliness and visibly refine pores. Skin will become balanced, clear and toned. It is safe to use on sensitive skin and is dermatologist tested. 

To use this mask you apply it to clean skin, let it sit for 15-20 minuets and remove. 

This mask was not my favorite. It was very wet and drippy, I hate drippy masks! It did have a really nice soft scent but it kept sliding off my face with how wet it was. My face felt very moisturized and I felt there was a huge difference on how my pores were minimized. However, my face was so greasy/oily the rest of the day I used it and the whole next day that my makeup wouldn't even stay on my face. 

Would I purchase? No

Marlowe Men's Shave Gel Review

My boyfriend received this awhile back in his Target Mens Beauty Box. You can purchase the full size of this shave gel at Target for $7.99.

This shave gel claims to create a hydration barrier between the razor and skin for a close shave. It has a unique formulation of extracts designed to nourish, smooth, and revitalize skin. 

It is Paraben and phthalate-free, not tested on animals and made in the USA. 

When you purchase a Marlowe product, soap is distributed to people at risk for hygiene- related illnesses in partnership with Clean the World. 

My boyfriend really liked this Shave Gel and was willing to tell me what he thought about it for this blog post. He said it worked really good, it really showed where hair he might have missed were. He says it has sort of an oil consistency that turned into a slight foam on his skin. He said it left no irritation and that it has sort of a soapy scent. 

Would he purchase? He says he will be replacing his usual shave gel for this one. 

Big Sexy Hair Root Pump Review

I got this sample in a box of a bunch of hair product sample sizes I got at Ulta awhile back. You can purchase the full size of this product for $17.95 at Ulta.

This Root Pump is a volumizing spray mousse. It claims pump up the roots to provide big volume. it dispenses as a spray and turns into a mousse. It can be used on damp or dry hair and it is resistant against humidity. It is great for fine to medium hair. 

This product has a really nice scent to it, not a chemical scent. I did find that regardless of if I used it on dry hair or damp hair it did leave my hair slightly sticky and crunchy. It does give great volume that lasts all day. 

Would I purchase? Yes

Becca Backlight Priming Filter Review

I received this product in my June Sephora Play box and I was pretty excited. I have heard a lot about Becca products but have never had the opportunity to try them out until now. You can purchase the full size at Sephora for $38. 

This is a makeup primer that helps blur imperfections while giving a radiant glow. It also is enriched with vitamin E to minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. 

It is paraben, sulfate, and phthalates free. 

A little more on this product, a tiny drop is plenty, you don't want more than that so it does not pill under your foundation. Gently pat it around your eyes to prevent smudging and creasing, soften the look of crows feet and counteract redness.  You can also put it on your lips before applying lip products to prevent lip products from feathering and settling into lines. 

I found that it is true that a little bit goes a long way! It has a nice fresh light scent that didn't bother me but it did take a bit for the scent to go away. It left a beautiful luminous finish without making me look greasy. It is a lotion texture, not a silicone. It looks beautiful without makeup for those days you just want a little bit of makeup on. Using it under my makeup worked great! My makeup lasted all day. 

Overall, I really like this primer. Its so easy to use and works great. 

Would I purchase? Yes

Elizabeth Arden Grand Entrance Mascara Review

I received this mascara in my RachhLoves Spring Favorites TopBox. You can purchase the full size at Macy's for $24. I have mine in the color stunning black. 

This mascara claims to be a glossy, long wearing, waterproof formula that coats lashes to separate, extend, and intensify their appearance. It also claims that it will not smudge, dry out or flake. It is ophthalmologist tested and safe for contact lens wearers and people with sensitive eyes. 

This mascara lived up to all its claims. It lasted all day with no smudging or flaking. My lashes did not feel dry at all either. The brush has a nice slight curve to it. 

Overall, I really like this mascara.

Would I purchase? Yes

Beautiful Nutrition Mix Fix Conditioner Booster Review

I picked this conditioner booster in the clearance section at Ulta for $0.97. I did notice it is no longer sold on Ultas website but you can find it on Amazon for $8.05.

I have never used a conditioner booster so I was very interested in trying it this summer when my hair gets dry and damaged from chlorine and just from being out in the sun. 

This product claims to give you volume and weightless shine. 

You mix a few drops of this conditioner booster into your normal conditioner that you wash out. You can adjust how much of the booster you want in you conditioner as needed. 

This product is cruelty, paraben, BPA, phthalates, synthetic fragrance, and synthetic color free. It is also color safe. 

I really wanted to like this product. Unfortunately, I really did not care for it. I did not feel that it did anything for my hair. It did not have a scent which was nice. It is a serum type consistency. It did leave my hair soft and tangle free but it also weighed my hair down and did not give it any volume. I will try it with a couple other conditioners to see if there is any difference. 

Would I purchase? No

Montagne Jeunesse Creamy Coconut Mask

You can purchase this mask at Ulta for $1.99. It is good for dry or tired skin. 

This mask also claims to be a hydrating vitality boost. This contains coconut water combined with shea butter to refresh the skin. 

To use you apply the mask to clean skin, let it sit for 10-15 minuets and than rinse it off your face. 

This mask smells so good! I really enjoyed using it. It is a very creamy texture, it felt very cooling on the face. After the 15 minuets it was on my face felt very hydrated and my skin felt tighter/firmer. 

Would I purchase? Yes!

Shea Moisture Weightless Créme Rinse Review

You can purchase the full size of this product at Ulta for $10.99.

This is a light weight conditioning rinse that softens hair while revitalizing natural waves and curls. It is certified organic and the vitamin rich Imbe Oil blocks humidity to control frizz, while aloe adds weightless shine leaving your hair soft and shiny. 

This conditioning rinse lived up to everything it claimed. It does smell very fruity, so if thats not your favorite scent you may not like this product. It is a creamy formula but it is very lightweight in your hair. It left my hair very soft, manageable and frizz free. It did not weight down my hair either. The only thing I did not find it to do was leave my hair shiny but I was so happy with the rest of the results that I did not mind that. 

Would I purchase? Yes

Psssst! Instant Dry Shampoo Review

You can purchase this dry shampoo at Ulta for $6.99. There are several different options. I chose the fruity floral scent. 

This dry shampoo claims to be a lightweight, talc free formula that soaks up oils, sweat and product build up. The fragrance claims to bloom overtime. 

To use this dry shampoo you need to shake the can, hold 6-8" from hair, lift sections of hair and spray scalp and roots. Wait a few minuets and brush and style as normal. You should also shake the can in between sprays. 

I absolutely love this dry shampoo. Out of all of the dry shampoos I have tried, this one by far works the best for my hair. It also smells great without that awful chemical scent some dry shampoos have. It does not leave a white residue on my hair and dries very fast. My hair always looks and feels clean after using it without it weighing my hair down, plus my style lasts all day!

Would I purchase? Yes!!!!!!

Delectable Everything Balm Review

You can purchase the full size of this Cake Beauty Delectable Everything Balm on the Cake Beauty Website for $16.

It is a sheer, multipurpose balm designed to naturally hydrate, smooth and condition everything. The main ingredient is Natural Castor Oil. It is supplemented with shea butter, coconut oil, cocoa butter and sunflower seed oil. It is also cruelty- free and vegan. 

This balm has a nice fruit scent. It healed spots of dry skin over night. It is a beautiful natural highlighter. It is a great non sticky, very moisturizing lip balm and it plumps lips. I could go on and on about how awesome this product is. It is a little greasy when you first put it on but it absorbs within minuets. 

Would I purchase? Yes!

Matrix Total Results High Amplify Shampoo and Conditioner Review

I received these shampoo and conditioner samples in a box I got at Ulta awhile back. You can purchase the full sizes for $12-22 at Ulta depending on which size you purchase. It is available in 10.1 fl oz and 33.8 fl oz. 

These products claim to boost fine, limp hair for lasting volume. It is also silicone free. 

My Mom and I have used the original Amplify formula for years and we both love it, so I was very excited to try out the new formula. 

It has a nice fresh scent that I really like. It left my hair very voluminous and soft and shiny. The conditioner does not weight my hair down either, and thats hard to find with having fine hair. 

Overall, I really like this shampoo and conditioner but I think I like the original formula a little better. 

Would I purchase? Yes

L'Oréal Paris Age Perfect Hydra- Nutrition Review

I received this small sample in the mail awhile back. You can purchase the full sizes at Target. 

The Eye Balm is $14 at Target. It has 10 precious oils and fortifying pro-calcium to renourish and redensify skin around the eyes giving a healthy glow and comfort. 

The Facial Oil is $14 at Target. This oil contains 8 essential oils and an SPF of 30 sunscreen. It is light weight and non greasy and absorbs quickly to moisturize, nourish and strengthen skin.

The Golden Balm is also $14 at Target. This balm claims to redensify skin, and provide extreme hydration. It claims to hydrate for 24 hours. 

I don't even know where to start with this product. My opinions are so divided. 

Using the eye balm was probably the best experience of this product line and even that wasn't very great. The eye balm is a thick formula that smells very clean and fresh. It did absorb into my skin very quickly but it left dry patches that I am still working to get rid of. 

The facial oil was probably the worst experience. It smells nice with a clean scent but it was extremely greasy and did not absorb into my skin at all. I ended up washing it off before bed just so it did not get all over my pillow. It also made me itchy. 

The golden balm was not much better. It has a strong cologne scent which didn't really bother me, but I know some of you are sensitive to scents. It was a thick creamy consistency but it was very greasy and my face felt very heavy with it on. It did absorb better than the oil though. 

Would I purchase? No

Leaders Daily Wonders Breakup with Your Ex-Skin Cells Exfoliating Mask Review

You can purchase this mask at Ulta for $4.00. I was very exciting to try this as I have never used an exfoliating sheet mask before this. 

This mask contains blueberry and edelweiss extract to visibly minimize fine lines and rough texture. It also contains witch hazel and alpine willow herb extracts to gently exfoliate and clarify. This mask can also be used on sensitive skin and is dermatologist tested.

To use this mask you apply to clean skin and allow to stay on 15-20 minuets. 

I really liked this mask! I did not think it had any scent so that was nice for sensitive skin. It was very saturated but not drippy. I hate drippy masks, they are so messy! My face was left very soft and moisturized and my skin looked very smooth and skin tone was more even. The only complaint I had was that I felt the serum did not absorb into my skin while I was wearing the mask. When I took the mask off the serum was just sitting on my skin, so I patted it into my skin and than it took awhile to settle in and dry on my face. My face was still very hydrated the whole next day.
