Beauty Box Unboxing

I received this box before Christmas. Sorry it took me so long to get it up here. I am really excited about this box. I received some great products that I can not wait to try out.

This box is the Target Renewal Beauty Box. The first of 2 boxes that came out this month. I'm really happy with this box as usual. I did not get a million foil packages like in the Walmart box which makes me happy. As always I got the $3 off $15 at Target beauty. This is what else came in the box.

Target Box for Men Unboxing and Review

We received this before the holidays. I was really excited for this box since we don't get many manly samples here. My boyfriend was pretty excited too since everything in the box he would use.
I apologize that I did not get a picture before my Boyfriend started using it all. Here is the list of what he received in the box and his thoughts on what he has used.

Pinch Me Box unboxing

I got this pinch me box a while ago. I have to admit it is not one of my favorites so far.

Olly Undeniable Beauty Review

I am so excited to tell you all about these vitamins!

I got a little sample pack to try and they tasted so good I figured I would go buy a full size and see if I liked it. I paid $14 and I think they are only available at target and on www.olly.com. 

The grapefruit taste is great and I love that they are gummies. 

I was worried about gaining weight with them but I did not gain any noticeable weight gain. 

I normally wear acrylic or gel nails so I wasn't to concerned on what it would do for my nails. However, my nails are stronger and look better than they have in years. It might just make me get rid of acrylics. 

Now my favorite part was my hair. I have very fine hair that takes forever to grow. Well let me tell ya, this vitamin is amazing! I have taken it for a full 30 days and my hair has grown about an inch and a half. I tried to get a picture for comparison but it didn't turn out quite right but it's good enough for you to get an idea. 

Overall, I could not be more pleased with this product. I will definitely be repurchasing.

Secret Clinical Strength Review

I got this deodorant in one of my sample boxes. I've always used Degree and really like it but have been wanting to check out a clinical strength deodorant but haven't due to prices. 

I loved the fact that this was an invisible solid and not gel. I am not a huge fan of gel. 

The first day of using this I was sort of discouraged. I felt like I had bad B.O. and I did not like the chalky feeling. 

I have stuck it out now for a month and each day it has gotten better. It works compairably to my degree which makes me happy and I would switch to this if it were not for the price. 

While I really like this deodorant I just can not justify spending around $10 when others work just as good for around $4. 

What do you use for deodorant?

The Detox Bottle review

I found the best infuser bottle! 

You can get it at thedetoxbottle.com and it's on sale for $19.97 right now. 

I absolutely love this bottle. There is not one thing I can think of that I do not like about it. 

I love that it has the times and encouragement down the sides. If I notice I'm late drinking enough I make sure to catch up. It's such a motivation!

It's leak proof and fits in my cup holder in my Jeep perfectly. 

Go give this bottle a try, I promise you won't regret it!

RoC Retinol Correxion Deep Wrinkle Night Cream review

I received this night cream in a target beauty box. I was very excited to give this a try but I have to admit that I am not all that impressed by this product. 

It sells for around $20 at Walmart or target which isn't a big deal to me. I don't mind spending money on a quality night cream, if it works. 

The scent was really strong for me and I didn't care for it. It's kind of a fruity floral scent. 

The product itself came out very creamy, I liked that it was in a tube and not a jar. I only used it a month because it made me break out and dried out my skin so bad. I didn't notice any change on the lines and wrinkles but I think you really need to use it longer than I did. 

Personally, I will not be repurchasing this night cream. I think if your skin is not as sensitive as mine it might work great for you. I will be switching back to my normal moisturizer and hopefully get rid of this awful dry skin and acne quickly!

Now this is my favorite! I got a full sized Secret Clinical Strength Invisible Solid Antiperspirant in Completely Clean scent. Plus a $1 off coupon. Normally I use Degree but I have been wanting to try a clinical strength antiperspirant for awhile but I am to cheap to buy one.

Jergens Wet Skin Moisturizer

I have never been a huge fan of in shower lotion. I always feel like it isn't the most moisturizing and found I was using addition lotion after showers. 

Than I found this amazing after shower moisturizer. It's called Jergens Wet Skin moisturizer. You apply after getting out of your shower and then pat dry. I am seriously obsessed! It keeps my skin moisturized all day and doesn't require me to add more lotion later on. This product is going to remain in my daily products for a very long time to come!

This moisturizer comes in 3 scents, Calming Green Tea Oil, Nourishing Monoi Oil and my favorite, Refreshing Coconut Oil. They all smell amazing and the price is around $7 depending on the store you shop at. You can find these in the lotion aisle. 

Go give them a try, I am sure you will love them!

Target Beauty Box October 2015

Sorry I am late getting this posted for you guys! I received my box a couple weeks ago. I must admit this one was by far my favorite box. It was $10 which was a little more expensive than usual but it has 10 products and a value of $50 so to me it was worth it. 

To start with the box comes with a $3 off $15 beauty purchase at target. 

There are 6 sample size products. 

1. Olly Undeniable Beauty gummy vitamins for hair, skin and nails. I'm personally very excited to try these. I have trouble with gaining weight taking just biotin so I'm curious if I will on these. If any of you have any insite please let me know!

2. S.W. Basics Certified Organic Body Scrub

3. Hello fluoride toothpaste. This smells amazing!

4. And 5. Acure repairing shampoo and conditioner. Both have Morocan Aegean stem cells and Aegean oil. 

6. Skin Fix Ultra Rich Body Butter. 

Then I received 1 product that's not really sample or full sized which is a set of 3 Goody Slide Proof hair elastics. They are silicone lined so I'm really excited to try them. Who doesn't need new hair ties all the time? If you are anything like me, they seem to hide from me all the time. 

I received 3 full sized products in this box which is a great deal!

1. Cover girl Intensify Me liquid liner in intense black. I'm normally a pencil liner girl but I've heard great things about this liner so I'm excited to give it a try. 

2. Revlon Colorstay Ultimate Suede Lipstick. There are over 20 colors. I got the color Fashionista which is a nude red kind of color. It looks wonderful for fall!

3. Roc Retinol Correxion Deep Wrinkle Night Cream. This is what I'm the most excited about. I have wanted to try this product for quiet awhile but couldn't justify spending the money on it. Keep your eyes open for an upcoming review on this.

Walmart Beauty Box unboxing/review

I must admit I am a little disappointed in this box. There were a lot of samples just not to many that I will actually benefit from. 

There were 3 Loreal samples. The first on is stickers to find your true match shade with a $1 coupon. The second was a sample of revitalist miracle blur and the third was a sample of age perfect glow renewal. 

The next sample is for Jennifer Aniston purfume with a $3 coupon. 

One of the samples I'm really excited to try is the new crest 3-d white brilliance. It is a two step process of tooth paste and whitening gel. This sample also came with a $2 coupon. 

I received samples of garnier fructis full and plush shampoo, conditioner, and blow dry treatment. I've gotten a lot of these samples and I really like this shampoo and conditioner a lot and the blow dry treatment doesn't weigh my hair down. 

I received two lotion samples. One is Nivea extended moisture in a little packet and the other is Vaseline intensive care advanced repair. The Vaseline came in a 2 fl oz bottle so I'm pretty happy with that. It's the perfect size to throw in my purse. 

I also got a 1 fl oz bottle of Act advanced care mouth wash and a 1.5 oz bottle of Aussie mega hairspray. I'm excited for the hairspray. I love the Aussie line and love the scent of the hairspray. 

For the full size product I received a lipgloss from NYC in the color Nude York city. It's a really pretty nude color that I'm sure I will enjoy.

Pinch Me Box Sept/Oct

My dogs have been so excited about this box. They got some treat vitamins and a brushing bone. They loved them both! I also got an iams dog food coupon which I'm not sure I'll use since they love their purina so much. So if you will use it let me know and I will send you the coupon. 

I also got skinny pop popcorn that was delicious. 

I got another gold bond lotion and more dental floss picks. 

I got a little package of Advil pm which I'm sure will come in handy at some point. 

The last thing in my box was a wine voucher. Unfortunately I can't use it in my state so if you want it leave me a message and I will be more than happy to mail it to you :-)

Purina One

I recently had the opportunity to do a 28 day challenge with purina one dog food.
I have two dogs, one that is super picky and one that will eat anything in front of him. So I really didn't have much hope on the picky dog liking this food. I was so surprised how much both dogs LOVE this food. They both get so excited for meal time now and I can already tell an increase on energy.
They get so excited to see a new bag of dog food come in the house that they stand there and lick the bag.
I am so glad I got to try this product for free. It was so worth it to find something both dogs enjoy. I will definitely be using this food permanently.

Walmart Beauty Box

I just received my Walmart Beauty Box for fall.  They are just $5 shipping so I was pretty excited about it. 

I received 4 samples and 2 full sized products. 

My first sample is Simple Micellar Cleansing Water and a $2 off coupon. It's not a very large sample but I am looking forward to trying it. 

The next sample is Aveeno protect and hydrate lotion with spf 30. It is .5oz. It is the perfect size to toss in my purse and doesn't have a strong scent. It also came with a $2 off coupon. 

The next sample is a .5oz bottle of Neutrogena Healthy Skin Boosters facial cleanser. It has white tea and vitamin E and says it won't over dry skin. It has a nice fresh scent. 

The next sample is a .05fl oz perfume. It is You & I by One Direction. It's kind of a fruity scent. This is the only thing in the box I didn't really care for. 

The first full size product I received was Vaseline Intensive Care Healing Serum. I am really excited for this product. It works great for winter dry skin. It doesn't have a scent and is not greasy at all. 

The last product is a full size Rimmel Show Off Lip Velvet. It is a Matte liquid lip color. The color I received is meteoric matte. It's a really pretty berry color that will look great for the fall. 

Overall, I am happy with this box and you definitely get your money's worth.

Biossance

I have always struggled with finding a face moisturizer that works for my combination skin. I was pleasantly surprised when I ran across a 30 day Embodied Project with a free sample of the Biossance Revitalizer on Biossance, now at first I was a little bit leery of it as it is an oil and not a normal lotion like I am use to. I was worried I would be a greasy mess and it would cause a break out. I was so pleasantly surprised to find out it was doing neither of those! I am on week 3 of using it and it is by far the best moisturizer I have ever used.
Biossance Revitalizer uses 100% plant- derived Neossance Squalane that instantly hydrates your skin. It is dermatologist tested and is hypoallergenic and paraben free.
You can also use the Revitalizer on your hair and all over your body.
The only downside for me is the cost. For a 1.7 fl. oz bottle it is $58.
Overall, I can not say enough good about this product. I absolutely love it!

This hair oil retails for $10.99 for full size. It is an oil based lotion that restores moisture and shine to hair. 

This curl cream retails at $5.98 for a full size. It defines, defrizzes, and moisturizes hair. 

This leave in conditioner retails for $8.99 for full size. It provides a barrier against damage. 

This serum came as a full size product and retails for $5.98. It tames frizz and keeps curls defined.

LipZipz

*best lip balm ever! Fell out of my boyfriends pocket when he was rock climbing. He was about 60ft up and his lip zip is still in perfect condition. To bad we can't say the same about his key fob that was on the same key chain. 

I recently ran across this awesome lip balm. I'm all the time looking for lip balms that are easy to carry with me and ones that I won't lose. Well, I definitely found both with this product! 

LipZipz are awesome! Even my boyfriend carries one on his keys. My boyfriend works in construction and rock climbs so his keys in his pocket get put to the test and he hasn't lost of damaged his LipZipz. 

LipZipz have a twist top, no loss lid, retractable cord and a no loss clip. 

They are made with the highest quality natural ingredients and have an SPF of 15. 

There are 3 flavors. Peppermint, Mixed Berry and Piña Colada. The LipZipz retail for $2.89. I personally love the Mixed Berry! Have you tried these yet?

Park Ave Princess

I have always struggled with finding a bronzer that looks good on me. Thanks to my July Ipsy bag I have finally found my go to bronzer! 

This is Tarte Amazonian Clay Waterproof Bronzer in Park Ave Princess. 

This color works great for my fair skin and I think it would look good on most skin tones. Not only does it look great but it's good for your skin. It has vitamins A and E and minerals. What it doesn't have is even better. It does not have parabens, sulfates, or phthalates. 

The only thing I am not a huge fan of is the shine and shimmer but to find a bronzer that looks good it's worth it to me. 

This bronzer retails for $30.

Target Beauty Box

Target Beauty Box is my favorite of all beauty boxes.

You just have to pay $7 for shipping and they put them out for each season. This box came out in August and it is probably my favorite so far.
When you first open this box you see two cards:

The cards are a coupon for Targets beauty purchases, a description of the products and a discount on Harry Josh Pro Tools at the dermstore.

Then you get to all your goodies! I have two full size products and 4 sample size. A great value for the $7 I spent on this box. Here are the details on each individual product.

Full Size: Hair Food Moisturizing Mask: A deep- cleaning mask that removes dulling residue to reveal luster and shine.

Secret Outlast

I was provided a sample of Secret Outlast Clear Gel in exchange for my honest review. 

The website says it goes on clear and stays clear, and 48 hour odor protection. The active ingredients are Aluminum Zirconium and Tetrachlorohydrex Gly. 

It retails at $3.97 at Walmart. 

I was torn by this deodorant. I loved the scent and the fact that it stayed Clear with no white marks. However, compared to my regular deodorant I do not feel it compared to protection. 

I may use Secret Outlast when I'm wearing black or dark colors but I think I'll stick to my usual deodorant for daily use.

Pet Hair Eraser

  This week I am reviewing the Bissell Pet Hair Eraser Cordless Carpet and Floor Sweeper. It retails for $50. 

  I have been very torn on this product. I normally love Bissell products but then I met this one. 

  I have two 80lb dogs that shed a lot of fur and I thought that this would be great and a time saver. Unfortunately, it was not to be. It is so much quicker for me to sweep the floors with my broom than the sweeper. 

  The sweeper has a very small area that holds the fur you pick up off the floor. It's great for small areas and it would probably be great for small animals that don't shed very much. However, with the amount of fur I sweep up daily it just does not work for me. I was emptying it several times for just one room. When you have all hard wood floors it was getting quiet annoying and taking up a lot of time. 

  I will still use it for a quick touch up in small areas, but for my whole house I will continue using my trusty broom!

Be a bombshell

So I got this Be A Bombshell LipBalm in my monthly makeup bag. I was so excited because I love their products. However, this tinted LipBalm is not my favorite. The one I received is the shade French Kiss. It's a light pink. I really did not notice any of the tint color on my lips at all. I'd be interested in trying some of the different shades. On the bright side, it moisturized my lips all day! They retail for $14. 

Free Prints App

Do you ever wish you could get prints of pictures from your phone? Have any of you used the app Free Prints? I am obsessed with it lately. You can get up to 1000 pictures for free a year, 85 prints a month. You can only get one copy of a picture though which I find kind of a bummer because sometimes I would like to mail copies to other family members or friends.  I love it because you can upload pictures from your phone directly to the app to be mailed to you. There is a shipping charge of $1.99-$9.99. You are able to order different sizes but the do cost more money. When I received my first order I did receive a code for a free 5x7 picture, now I just need to figure out what I want as a 5x7!
